DB Global’s order fulfilment solution is certain to provide you with the peace of mind that your orders are being filled quickly and accurately while providing you the visibility of what is happening at all times. Here’s a snapshot of how we operate:

Goods Receiving

We are able to receive your shipments via a variety of different methods from single carton receipt through to unloading a loosely packed sea container.

We ask that you provide us with notice of your inbound shipment via the entry of an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) which is a simple process via your client portal.

Upon receipt of your shipment we take great care to ensure that the products you were expecting have arrived without damage and in the right quantity. Your products will then be put away into the warehouse in the most suitable and cost effective storage method such as directly onto a picking shelf or into pallet racking. At this point you will receive an automated email from our system advising you of the arrival of the shipment and the exact products and quantities within the shipment.

Receiving Your Orders

We will integrate your ecommerce platform or marketplace account (Amazon, eBay..etc) directly with our warehouse management system. This process is completely hassle free, taking around 5 minutes with no connection or ongoing integration fees. We can integrate with multiple systems at the same time to ensure that all of your sales channels are covered. Once the integration is set up – any order you receive will come through to our warehouse system for us to pick and ship without delay.

Order Fulfilment

Now that your orders are in our system, we can set about picking the products and packing orders to your specification.

Order Timeframes

Any order we receive by 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.

Picking Process

The system will tell us exactly where to go within the warehouse to find your product. At that point we will scan the barcode on the product to ensure we have the correct product before making our way back to the packing station to pack up the order. Our picking team will pick multiple products for multiple orders at the same time. This ensures our picking process is very efficient allowing us to handle your volume peaks without an issue.

Packing Process

Despite picking multiple items at once, rest assured that we will scan the product again at the packing station to ensure it is the correct product before packing up the order. We will then pack the order via our agreed method – either the most appropriate order packing method using our own unbranded packaging, or the use your your branded packaging.

Create the Shipping Label

Once your order has been packed up, our system will create the shipping label to the exact address as it appears on the order. At the point of the shipment being created, the tracking number will be automatically transmitted back to your ecommerce or marketplace against the relevant order. There is no manual intervention required at any time of the process.

If the inspection deems the product to be in a saleable condition, we will return the item to stock. For items deemed “unsaleable” we will seek your advise on what to do with them. You will be updated via an automated email throughout the returns processing as well as having a full history of your returns via the Client portal.

Other Services We Can Offer

Amazon FBA Prep

“In addition to filling your ‘Amazon FBM’ (Fulfil by Merchant) orders ourselves, we can also prepare your products for ‘Fulfilment by Amazon’ (FBA) meaning that you ship your products into the Amazon warehouse for Amazon to fulfil themselves.
Amazon have very specific requirements for shipping your product into their facilities such as individual unit labelling with the Amazon assigned FNSKU code, specific carton types, specific carton labelling… and many more. It is your responsibility as a seller to understand and adhere to these requirements. Failure to do so will result in your shipment to Amazon being rejected, or expensive re-work fees being incurred to meet the requirements.
DB Global Logistics are one of very few businesses in Australia who understand the requirements and have arrangements in place to ship into the Amazon Australia FBA warehouses by approved carriers.”
