OUR PROCESS

How it works

We understand that selecting a 3PL provider can be a daunting tasks. Our aim is to make the process as least stressful as possible for you by spending the time to ensure that you fully understand how the process will work and have a detailed understanding of the cost involved.

Step One

Fact find & proposal

We will meet with you to explain our systems and processes in detail as well as understanding your products and any specific requirements to ensure that they can be incorporated into our processes. We will provide you with an easy to understand rate structure, and can line up our costs with any data you can provide us to determine the savings you will expect to achieve.
Step Two

Account set up phase

You've now made the very smart decision to engage the services of DBG Logistics. At this point you will also recieve access to our warehouse management system and we'll take you through the basics so that you can be up and running immediately. We'll also set up the integrations with your ecommerce platforms so all is in readyness to start managing your orders.
Step Three

Receive your goods

We'll receive the shipment of stock you have sent our way which we'll set up on our shelves ready to be picked. Learn more.
Step Four

Fulfilment & shipping

Everything is now set up so we'll be picking packing and sending your orders out before you know it. Learn more.
Step Five

Invoicing

We'll consolidate data from all of the activities during the previous month to produce an easy to understand invoice with order specific costing data for you to drill into. Learn more.
